Kate is the newest member of Bear class, however she has quickly proven to be one of the best students.  She learns incredibly fast, and she actively participates and answers questions.  She can read very well, and she gets along with all the other students.  She has no difficulties expressing herself in English.  Great work, Kate! 

Teacher: Jeannie, Dolly 

Yvonne has developed a love for reading now. She reads all kinds of books and even asks for help from friends who can read more difficult words. She wants to better herself by setting a high goal to achieve and would not settle for Number 2. She has set a good example by making other children feel threatened by her achievements in class. Now, the other children are also trying to give their best in all their subjects. Yvonne 's competitiveness has definitely contributed a lot of good to Unicorn Class.
Congratulations Yvonne for being Unicorn's February Super Kid!!! Aim higher as you can really do it!!! 

Teacher: Murray, Patricia

Orange is well deserving of this month's SuperKid award.  She pays attention and works hard in class, which has resulted in her speedy improvement in all of her subjects.  She is not afraid to face new challenges even when she is unsure of the right answer.  She has an excellent sense of humour and a unique personality which makes her well-liked by all of her classmates. 

Way to go Orange!

Congratulations are in order for the Super Kid from Tiger Class..............(pause for dramatic effect) ANDREW!!!!! He is by far the fastest learner in our class. He walked in the door but a few months ago speaking not a word of English. Now he has a mastery of telling on the other students using not a word of Chinese. We are extremely proud of his progress, and are thuroughly impressed with his hidden skill. He is a joy to have in class and we are so happy he chose to join our CKids family. YEAH for ANDREW!!!

Teacher: Andrew, Stacey

Hip hip hooray for a super little kid who comes to school sometimes with a "pineapple" hairstyle, but ALWAYS with a big, beaming, smile.  Though little in stature, Ronnie has a big heart.  She has a warm, lovable personality and is always willing to lend a hand to her fellow Elephants.  Don't be fooled by her shy demeanor either; this super kid demonstrates that you can't just a book by it's cover--look for her at rhyme and sing-a-long time to see the most enthusiastic little face around.  Combine that with a willingness to learn and the ability to listen and follow instructions and you have all the makings of a truly super kid.

Teacher: Chris, Charlene

When this Dolphin arrived at CKids he already knew a lot of English, so he has always been great at helping other students learn. Since he has started, Jarred has worked very hard to improve his grammar and pronunciation. He is sounding better and better everyday. Jarred has also worked very diligently at following his teachers' instructions and making sure he is always doing his work exactly right. He is now extremely meticulous in all of his class work and his books and worksheets always look great. Jarred is also very polite and tries very hard to make sure he does everything he is suppose to, like eat his entire snack. He is a very hard worker, very polite, tremendously smart, and a very fun part of Dolphin Class. That is why Jarred is this month's Super Kid!!!
