This month's Super Kid in Eagle Class has been a leader since day one. She is a very intelligent and competitive student, and she gives her best effort in everything that she does. She is organized, and she is always willing to share her thoughts and opinions. She is also a very social girl. She always has a small group following her and wanting to play with her. She has shown huge improvements since I became her teacher. When I started teaching her a month ago, she spoke Chinese all the time, and seldom spoke English. She has turned that around, for the most part. I am happy to award her the Super Kids Award for February.

This month's Super Kid is always polite, kind, and courteous to everyone. He always tries his best to make others feel happy. He also always tries his best during class. He pays attention, listens, and asks many questions. It is no wonder he has greatly improved in all areas. He gives his best in all that he does. If you don¡¦t know who this Super Kid is, he is the one who is probably wearing a shirt with a dinosaur on it . . . it's Nolan! Congratulations!
Teacher: Saskia, Charlene
This young man will win you over with his bright smile and cheerful personality. He is always engaged in lively English conversation with his friends and teachers and he loves to tell stories of his own. In academic studies he is patient, determined and thorough. Though he skipped a level and was faced with many new challenges in reading and writing, he has proven that he can do it and he is seldom ever discouraged even when he doesn't reach the goal immediately. He is doing excellent at reading now and loves to read out loud for all to hear. Keep up the great work, super boy Jason!
Teacher: Jeannie, Dolly
This student has been chosen as February's Super Kid because of his intelligence and sense of humor. Although he is usually caught in unfavorable situations, this boy makes it up by being the best speaker and singer there is in class. His pronunciation is impeccable and you can always expect him to understand the lessons in a snap of the fingers. His unusual queries in class also make him the life of the party. Derek truly deserves this award as he has shown us maturity in the past few months. Congratulations and we are proud of you!!!
