Eagle class [Wes]

Teacher: Michael, Samantha 

This month’s Super Kid for Eagle Class is a student who is very smart and learns quickly.  He has a fantastic memory for English vocabulary, he is good at Math, he is very interested in Science, and he can read with good expression and speed. Academically, he is among the top students in the class. Although he comes across as being a bit rough and naughty, he is just an excited boy. With more self-discipline, Wes can become an exemplary student. You can do it, Wes! 

Penguin Class [Rosalyn]

Teacher: Brent, Anita

This Super Kid is one of Penguin Class’ best students! She is very well rounded, as she does well in and out of the classroom – she seems to be good at everything.  Not only is this Super Kid a super student, but she is super sweet! She is so nice to everyone, she is always smiling, and she is always thinking about everyone else. It’s no wonder why everyone (including her teachers) likes her so much. It’s hard not to like someone who is always so nice to you!

Penguin Class is lucky to have this Super Kid, but we will be very sad in a couple of months because this super girl will leave us and move on to Elementary School. We will miss her so much. But we still have some time left with her, so let’s be happy with her and say congratulations Rosalyn! You are a Super Kid!

Hippo Class [Justin]

Teacher: Saskia, Stacey

This student has been at CKids for longer than most of the kids in Hippo Class, and he is a good learner. He is bright and has a fantastic memory. He speaks English in a natural way and enjoys picking up new vocabulary. Although in the beginning with our class, there were times he reverted to using Chinese or acting less mature than he really was to fit in with everybody else, we challenged him to become more of an example to the others and help them to reach his level in English. We are happy to say that this student has been trying harder, with good results. Keep it up, Justin! 

Bumblebee Class [Angela]

Teacher: Jeannie, Dolly

It has been a long time since we’ve given this girl a Super Kid Award. She has had her ups and downs in the past, but is recently showing greatness this semester. She tries her best to come to school on time, so as not to miss any of the subjects. She works hard to pay attention in class, and her math skills are excellent. She may look weak on the outside but this is one little girl you wouldn’t want to mess with. She is as stubborn as a mule, young as she might be; she has principles that she lives by every day. Nothing gets her as you can see in her very calm demeanor. 

Let’s give it up for Angela, Bumblebee’s April Super Kid!!! Congratulations and may you shine more when you go to elementary school!

Panda Class [Frankie]

Teacher: Joseph, Charlene

The Super Kid from Panda Class this month is Frankie. Frankie had a hard time with math and learning his colors in the past. Frankie didn’t give up, and he kept practicing a little bit everyday. Now he can pick up his math book and do all the work by himself. Frankie is trying hard to learn how to write new letters and learn how to say new words. He always raises his hand and shows everyone how many words he knows now. Good job Super Kid Frankie!
