Jeffrey has improved a lot since joining Lion Class. He shares his toys and likes to
join his friends in games. He can work independently and do his work without
being told by the teacher. He is good at following directions, but sometimes
arrives late for class. If he can always come to school on time, then I believe
he will be better than ever!

The Super Kid
for December is a kid who does so many things so well. Not only does she do them
well, but she does them with a smile on her face. No matter what she is doing,
she is usually very happy, and that makes everyone else happy too!
This Super Kid is one of the smartest kids in Penguin Class. And most of the
time, her behavior is very good. The only time she gets into trouble is when she
is smiling and laughing too much during class, but at least she is happy!
There is one area that this Super Kid has really improved, and that is her
speaking volume. Before, her voice volume was too low, and it was difficult to
understand what she was saying. But now, after lots of hard work, she speaks
much more loudly. Now we can hear her and understand her, even if she is
speaking and laughing at the same time, which she does often!
So this month's Super Kid Award goes to, "Joy to the world...."! Congratulations
Joy, keep up the great work and keep smiling!!
Teacher: Saskia, Stacey
Our Super Kid award for the month goes to a very unique,
creative and articulate boy in our class. This student has a fantastic
imagination. He often invents stories and draws pictures that show his creative
talent and he loves to tell us all about them. Since coming to CKids, he has
been learning to leave his fantasy world during class times, so as to better
focus on his studies. He has learned to follow better and listen more to his
teachers’ instructions, too. It is our hope that he will continue to make
progress, especially with regard to being less forgetful. You had a good month,
Samuel!
Teacher: Brad, Charlene
Wei Wei has worked so hard over the past several
months. She is improving on a monthly basis. When I started she had some trouble
with pronunciation, but it’s now getting better and better. She has a great
memory for new vocabulary words, and is getting very good at math. Sometimes she
does her work a little slowly, but that is improving and she is more motivated
than ever before.

This month’s Super Kid was very shy when she first arrived at the school but has since found her confidence and has been doing remarkably well. She is very polite and is always paying attention during class time. She is very hard working when we have assignments to do and she is usually the first student finished. I am pleased to present this month’s Super Kid award to Ona.
Teacher: Jeannie, Dolly
This student has waited for this moment for a very long time. We have been observing
him for months now and we believe that he is worthy to be given this award. This
young learner reads like a pro and can immediately understand the lessons. He
may drive us crazy due to his incessant talking but he is still lovable what
with his innocence and naiveness. His sense of humor is one of his endearing
qualities that make him the life of the party!
