Our Super Kid in Lion Class for the month of January is a quiet but happy girl. In terms of behavior and adjusting to school life, Joyce has improved the most. Long gone are the days when you would hear Joyce crying loudly, but now she is usually found smiling and laughing. She has a great memory for new English words and phrases, and she is becoming more and more confident in her ability to converse in English. Keep up the great work, Joyce!

This Super Kid
has always been one of the fastest learners in Penguin Class. He is very bright
and does well in all subjects. He excels in Math, where he is top of the class.
He can even do complicated multiplication problems!
This Penguin has a lot of energy, and has learned how to channel that energy.
Before, his energy would get him into trouble, but lately he has learned to use
his energy for learning. He seems much happier and is also doing really well in
class!

Our Super Kid
for the month of January is a tough cookie. This special girl is a tenacious kid
with a lot of grit. She doesn’t smile a lot but when she does, it comes from the
heart and lights up the whole room! She actually has a great sense of humor;
something you only find out when you get to know her. In recent months we, her
teachers, have noticed that she has made a marked improvement in paying
attention in class and trying harder with her school work in every area.

Oscar has done an excellent job this month. He continues to excel in all of his work and his English level is progressing forward at a great pace. Oscar’s manners have improved a great deal over the past months as well. He is quick to finish all of his work and is creative and hard working. Oscar’s reading and writing improves weekly. I’m proud of his progress and I know that he is going to do a great job when he goes to elementary school. Oscar always asks questions in class which is a major step forward in the learning/understanding process. Keep up the good work Oscar. I know that you will do even better as time goes on!

This month’s Super Kid has been very resilient and punctual since she started attending our school. She adjusted very quickly and has been working hard in every class. She tries to be helpful to the other students and is always volunteering answers in class. It is my pleasure to present this month’s Super Kid award to Jessie.

This super girl has done it again! She is one of the brightest students in class and
also one of the happiest. It seems like there is nothing that she cannot do. She
can read excellently, she can sing like a pro, she can dance gracefully; she
excels in Math, and she has great conversational skills. For a six year old, she
is pretty mature for her age.Teacher Dolly and I are sure that she won’t have
any problems when she goes to elementary school in the future, as she is well
equipped with the goods to make it in this world.
