6月份 super kids

Lion class [Angelina]

Teacher: Michael, Samantha

Our Super Kid for the month of June is Angelina! Angelina has improved a lot in her English abilities since joining Lion Class. Before she would always speak in Chinese, but now she is quite fluent in English conversation. She is an independent learner, rarely requiring help from her teachers. She has also improved a lot in her social skills. She has learned how to get along with her classmates. Keep up the good work, Angelina!

Penguin Class [Joy]

Teacher: Brent, Anita

The final Super Kid for Penguin Class is someone who is very deserving of the award. This Super Kid is super in so many ways! This super girl has so many wonderful qualities, both inside the classroom and outside of it.

She is super bright, not only because she is extremely smart, but also because her smile can light up a room like the sun! This Super Kid is always happy (except for when she wakes up from her nap ;-), and loves to share her happiness with others.

So, it is with joy that I announce the final Super Kid for Penguin Class. I am overjoyed by this joyous occasion, and it should fill all of our hearts with joy. It has been an absolute joy teaching you and I hope that this award will bring you everlasting JOY! Congratulations Joy!!!

Hippo Class [Kelly]

Teacher: Saskia, Stacey

Our Super Kid for this month is an intelligent young lady who loves learning. She is bold on stage and speaks loudly for all to hear when answering questions at morning exercise or other school activities. It helps that she is paying attention; mentally filing all the new vocabulary and fun facts her teachers throw at her every day. She also loves stories and reading books. For these reasons and more, Kelly is our Super Kid for June. Congratulations! Keep up the good work!

Panda Class [Sam]

Teacher: Brad, Charlene

Over the semester, Sam has been working harder to learn new things and improve his attitude. He has been determined to become a better more independent student. He can now put on his own clothes and get his own food. He routinely works hard to complete his writing and other book work; he takes great care when drawing and coloring pictures and is generally content and happy with life. He is listening to teachers more and takes advice well. He is also trying hard to build better relationships and friendships with his classmates. Keep up the good work Sam!

Koala Class [Carolyn]

Teacher: Luke, Joanna

This month’s Super Kid has only been with us a short while, but has made some tremendous progress in that time. She had a bit of a rocky start but has made a genuine effort to adapt to life at school and has flourished. Her English is much improved and she is interacting with her classmates in a much more positive way.

I am pleased to present this month’s Super Kid award to Carolyn.

Bumblebee Class [Howard]

Teacher: Jeannie, Dolly

We present this award to a student who has been under the teachers’ radar for some time now. He can now accomplish all his work in a week’s time and can happily play with his friends as a result. He does have his moments when he doesn’t need any prodding from his teachers and would merrily finish all his books on his own. He is one playful little boy who is always on the lookout for adventure and loves to move and groove.

We would to like to give our last Super Kid award to…Howard! Good luck and we wish you all the best in elementary school!
