Mia always
behaves very well and tries very hard to do her best. It’s a delight to have
such a diligent student! She loves to cooperate in all of our classroom
activities and shows interest in learning every subject! Mia likes to ask
questions and show curiosity, she loves to dance and sing, and is very kind and
outgoing. She has always been friendly and caring to the other students. She
enjoys reading and writing. Well done,
Mia, our Super Kid for the month of December!
Teacher: Brent, Dolly
We chose Emily to be our Super Kid this month. Emily is very extroverted, confident, and brave. Most of the time, she’d be the first one in class who volunteers to challenge difficult tasks such as singing, phonics, etc. She would challenge these tasks even though she was not ready for them. Most importantly, she is not aware of what others think of her. All these facts potentially display signs as an over-achiever.
Teacher: Saskia, Stacey
There really are not enough nice things to say about this
awesome girl. If she’s ever away from Hippo Class, we miss her like crazy, but
she’s actually very healthy and hardly ever sick so that doesn’t happen very
often. When she goes on vacation, she likes to bring souvenirs back for her
teachers. This girl acts as big sister to everyone in Hippo Class; she is never
found arguing or fighting with anyone, but is usually the peacemaker. She is
reliable, trustworthy, loves to take on responsibility and her English
vocabulary and speech grows by leaps and bounds as time goes on.
Teacher: Luke, Joanna
This month's
Super Kid was very quiet and shy when he first joined Koala class, but has since
made a great effort to start speaking up and socializing with the other
students. He has shown vast improvement in all areas of his studies and
continues to work hard to improve even more. We hope that he can continue to
move forward in a positive way and we will do whatever we can to ensure that he
has all he needs to succeed. I am very pleased to present this month's Super Kid
award to Andrew.
Teacher: Jeannie, Anita
This girl went from zero to great in just a few months. She didn’t have any English
background and had difficulties in the first few weeks she was in CKids. But
instead of giving up, she persevered, conquered, and emerged victorious. She is
one of the few students who could immediately remember the song, words, and
sentence patterns in the shortest period of time. Besides being such a lovely
and adorable little girl, she is also friendly and likes to play and share with
her friends. Everyone is her friend! She can be counted on to help others when
they are in need. For these reasons and more, Tina truly deserves to be our
Super Kid! Congratulations and keep up the good work!
