4月份 super kids

Cobra class [Kimberley]

Teacher: Michael, Joanna

Kimberley is our Super Kid in Cobra Class for the month of April. Kimberley is a great student who loves to learn English. She is an independent learner, and she rarely needs help from her teachers. She is also very well-liked by her classmates.  Kimberley loves to tell me stories about her brother, Rex.

Congratulations, and keep up the good work, Kimberley!

Phoenix class [Lucas]

Teacher: Ariana, Dolly

This month, the Super Kid for Phoenix Class, is a young boy that has come a long way. He came in with some of the best English, but he always struggled with following directions. However, he has improved a lot and is now able to pay attention and follow along when it is needed. He hasn’t lost his inquisitive nature, and is always asking questions. He has a love for learning, and he truly enjoys being challenged. He is also kind to his classmates, and always tries to do his best to do right by others.

Congratulations to Lucas! Keep on shining!

Zebra Class [Angel]

Teacher: Saskia, Karcida

It will come as no surprise to many people that this student is once again the recipient of CKids’ most prestigious award: that of the Super Kid!! This young lady is definitely deserving of the title in more ways than one, and this is why:

Though naturally quite shy and unassuming, she is nonetheless strong in the areas of personal confidence and determination. No matter what challenges she faces in the classroom or interpersonally, she always rises to the occasion with grace and fortitude. She has been known to be sensitive, but it doesn’t stop her from moving ahead, learning and growing. This girl has particularly made great strides in learning to speak up and say something when the situation calls for it; and she is always kind to others.

Recently she showcased her public speaking skills yet again when she represented Zebra Class at Sports Day, reciting the CKids Athlete’s Oath and later when she won the preliminary competition at Storytelling.

We are very proud of you, Angel and we wish you every success in the future!

Dolphin Class [Elsa]

Teacher: Sara, Peggy

Our Super Kid for April is a very sweet girl. She is always laughing and smiling with her teachers and friends. She works very hard at her work and is quick to complete all the tasks asked of her. She likes to contribute stories in our class discussions every day. It has taken a while to learn to listen to her teachers but she gets better and better as she grows up.

It is a real pleasure to have this student in class as she is always lively and works hard at any task assigned without complaining.

Congratulations for your hard work, Elsa!

Unicorn Class [Eason]

Teacher: Jeannie, Anita

It may come as a surprise to everyone and to our Super Kid as one would not expect him to get this award this soon. But after months of struggling with learning a second language in CKids, this young man is finally showing signs of catching up with the rest of the class. He tries harder now and is not afraid to take chances and make mistakes. He can remember some of the vocabulary words being taught and can sing some of the songs, compared to his first few months in school. He has truly come a long way! We know that he will still meet a lot of obstacles to his road to success, but if he keeps this up, he will eventually be a champ in the end!

Congratulations to our Super Kid for April….EASON! Keep it up! You can do it!

Rhino Class [Tony]

Teacher: Adam, Dana

Rhino’s Super Kid for April definitely had one of his best months and deserves some recognition for his improvement in several areas. He has shown a greater ability to focus, especially while writing, and has maintained a positive attitude even when doing difficult work. Although he can be too silly in class sometimes, his teachers and classmates appreciate his unique sense of humor. We always looked forward to his enthusiastic and unpredictable renditions of the Big Wide-Mouth Frog and were really proud of the hard work he put into storytelling. He shows an increasing appetite for learning and we hope to see him continue like this!

Good job, Tony!
