The Super Kid for October is an awesome student who loves to join in with all of our activities. He raises his hand and diligently participates in our classes. His handwriting has been improving so much that we don’t need to help guide him anymore. The most impressive thing about our Super Kid is how he sets a great example to his classmates by being kind to everyone. This Dolphin really wants to complete his work as thoroughly as he can, often taking his own initiative to finish work during our break times. He has also taken lots of step to speak up and contribute to creative activities. He’s quite the storyteller! He’s a Dolphin with a heart of gold, an endless patience, and a will to never give up. On this very spooky October month full of activities, there is no other student more deserving of Super Kid than Reed! Congratulations, Reed! Keep it up!

This month’s Super Kid in Puppy Class is a very bright and outspoken young girl. She aims to please her teachers! As soon as the class is told to sit nicely and be quiet, she is the first to respond appropriately, and will even call others out for not responding. On this note, she is also such a great helper. She is very aware of her surroundings and will swiftly correct anyone who is making a mistake. She is not the tallest student, but don’t let her small stature fool you. She can speak loudly and clearly to get her message across. She also has great strength and determination. During yoga, she can hold difficult poses without falling down, and never pretends to do the wrong thing just to be funny. She understands when to be silly or serious. For these reasons, this month’s Super Kid is…Nia! Keep up the great work!

This month’s Super Kid in Flamingo Class is a super sweet and cute little boy. He always greets all the teachers in the morning with the cutest “Good morning!” He always remembers his manners and asks for help when needed. Although he tends to daydream in class, he can still easily learn and remember all the vocabulary words. Gibson likes to share his toys and plays well with his classmates. Everyone wants to play with Gibson and be his friend. Congratulations, Gibson! We are so proud of you! Please continue to shine and be the well-mannered, little boy that we know!

Our Super Kid in Panther for the month of October 2022 is Aster! Aster continues to improve in many areas of his school life. He used to be too shy to speak out and contribute to class discussions, but now he is more confident and willing to participate. He has especially improved in his Phonics abilities. He can read and write long vowel words, and he gets perfect scores on most of his Phonics tests. Aster is a good friend to all of his classmates, and so he is very popular in class. Everyone wants to play with Aster! He also has a very good sense of humor and can be heard cracking jokes and making everyone laugh. He is a treat to teach, and always well-behaved. We have a cute young lady in our class who has earned the title “Sleeping Beauty”. She often looks like she is dreaming and spaced out, but she is actually really smart! This young lady keeps to herself and never bothers anyone. Even though she likes to go at her own pace and doesn’t talk a lot, you can always count on her when it’s time to test or when she needs to perform. She can do it! Recently she has been doing very well with her phonics reading. Keep up the good work, Pauline!

This month’s Super Kid is a very handsome little Tiger. He is a very sweet gentleman that always shares his big toys with everyone. His learning has not only improved quite significantly, but he now tries to use newly learned words in his conversations. He likes to cheer everyone up by making different funny sounds in class. His favorite line of all time is “Teacher Steven, you are the Teacher Papa Pig.” His great sense of humor always brings many laughter and joy in school. Please give a big hand for this super and special Tiger, Yestin! Your outstanding performance both in school and class has earned you this Super Kid award! Great job, Yestin!
