Teacher: Isaac, Stacey We are more than proud to announce that Ellery has won the prestigious award of May’s Super Kid! He has shown time and time again that he is an excellent student who learns quickly and can retain all that he learns. He constantly shows enthusiasm when he learns new things. He spends his extra time trying to write sentences and stories all on his own. Ellery has been showing more confidence in front of others as well, showing lots of expression as he tells stories for storytelling. He even challenges his teachers with math puzzles that he shares! We love his spirit for learning and we’re confident that he will excel as he moves to elementary school. Awesome job, Ellery! Congratulations! |

Puppy class
[Donald]

Teacher: Cole, Dana This month's Super Kid is a sharp, quick-witted boy. From the very beginning, he had an amazing memory, making him one of the first to be able to tell stories about his experiences outside of school by using newly learned English words. He always loved to express his feelings through words. He wanted everyone to know how he was feeling. Through mastering self-control, his sometimes stubborn nature has converted into caring about how others feel too. He takes what he and others do very seriously. He corrects anyone who is not lining up in order, or not saying their lines properly. If he is ever told that he makes a mistake, he goes silent and thinks about it until he knows how not to make the mistake again. This characteristic has led him to become one of the best story tellers. We are very proud to announce that this month’s Super Kid is none other than Donald! Congratulations Donald, keep up the great work! |

Flamingo Class
[Avery]

Teacher: Christine, Dolly This month's Super Kid goes to yet another twin in Flamingo Class. This twin was very shy during the first semester of school, but has grown into a very cute and loving little girl. Even though she still speaks Chinese in school, she can be heard trying her best to use more and more English words when conversing with friends. Throughout this month, we’ve seen a lot of improvement in her and we hope that she keeps up this amazing streak. She may be our slowest Flamingo but she makes it all up with that smile of hers that can definitely brighten up one day. Please continue to be the cute and loving little girl that we all know. Keep trying and don't give up, Avery! Congratulations! |

She is polite and considerate to all of her friends. She is very helpful to her teachers and is always willing to share her toys. Firmina enjoys learning English and she loves to practice writing. Teacher: Saskia, Anita This month we are celebrating the achievements of a young man who has always been a dependable and productive student in Penguin Class. This boy is always nice to his classmates, so it is no surprise that he is well liked by everyone! Not only that, but he is smart, as well. He can always work independently and he likes learning new things and challenging himself. This boy has a curious mind and likes to ask questions and discuss subjects ranging from science to geography, human nature and more! All great reasons why Jovi is a really super kid! Teacher: Steven, Maureen
Our Super Kid of the month goes to a special little girl. She is an incredibly intelligent individual who is always very curious about everything. Her imagination allows her to think outside the box in which her creative answers tend to surprise us all. She is often times caught unaware of her surroundings, but once called on she can easily switch from daydreaming back to reality. This young girl has improved quite significantly in her attitude towards her teachers, friends, and her daily life. This improvement can be credited to the fact that she comes to school earlier now! Let's give a big round of applause to our Super Kid, Katrina! Congratulations to the youngest girl in class! Keep up the great work!
