Teacher: Cole, Dana It's time to announce another Super Kid for Puppy Class. This special student stands out while maintaining good behavior. He makes memorable moments by analyzing what we learned in class, then searches for where and how he can apply it. Just the other day he showed me words in a book he was reading and told me how those words would sound if they were changed to the long vowel sound when adding an "e" at the end. His curious mind has led him to solve how words with other long vowels would sound before we even went over it yet. In addition, he loves to repeat simple grammatical phrases. He even became a bit of a grammar police, correcting others if they say it incorrectly. His progress with speaking up on his own and completing coherent thoughts in English is notable. It's heartwarming to see a shy but intelligent student stepping out of hThis month's Super Kid is a joyful, quiet, and well-mannered young man. He is always on his best behavior and is rarely ever naughty. However, his incredible imagination causes him to become easily distracted. He can keep himself entertained by pretending each of his hands are monsters fighting each other, as he smiles to himself. He is without a doubt an audible learner and has shown great progress in memorization. Sometimes I will call on him hoping to catch him off guard, but he then answers my question correctly. He has consistently sung each weekly song well for many months now. He really comes to life when there is a topic which captures his interest. This happens often during Science class. He will often ask me about it later to know more, and interject with his own experiences. Even his spelling has substantial improvement. He has become very good at creating and solving words during spelling games. For all these reasons and more, I am very proud to announce that this month's Super Kid is none other than Desmond! |

Teacher: Christine, Dolly This month's Super Kid has impressed Teacher Dolly and me so much that we have decided that this little boy deserves this super duper award. He shines bright in class with his enthusiasm for learning and a heart as big as his smile. He is the first to offer help by putting books or toys away in class. His kindness to his friends, curiosity, and determination to learn and try harder each day make us proud of him. Congratulations to Gavin and keep up the great work! We can’t wait what you can do in the future! |

Teacher: Michael, Joanna We are pleased to announce that our Super Kid in Raptor Class for the month of October 2023 is Kyle! Kyle has improved so much over the past few months. He can understand more English phrases and words, and he is no longer shy to participate and answer questions. Although he is still learning how to properly deal with arguments with his classmates, he has been better at dealing with his emotions. He tries to get along with and play well with his friends in Raptor Class. We are proud of his improvement so far and we look forward for more to come. Congratulations, and keep up the good work, Kyle! | |

Teacher: Saskia, Anita This month we would like to highlight the achievements of a very special young man in Penguin Class. This boy has always been able to speak English with a clear tone and in a natural and easy way. He loves to make conversations, ask questions and theorize about why things are the way they are. With this type of temperament it may come as no surprise that he loves science. In fact, he often chimes in and shares valuable information with the class during our science lessons. His enthusiasm, cheerfulness and buoyant spirit make our classroom happier every day. Recently he has been an even better student, completing his work on time and learning how to read challenging books. For all of these reasons and more, we would like to give Andrew our Super Kid award for October. Keep up the good work! |

Teacher: Steven, Maureen
Our Halloween month's Super Kid goes to a little boy who used to look lost in his thoughts when he first started school. He has come a long way as he has shown great improvement when it comes to reading the story books, speaking more fluently, and enjoying every moment in school. He has gone from daydreaming to being super excited about learning. We are proud to see a significant amount of progress so far in Level 3. Congratulations to this little boy, James! Good job for shining bright like a star and we hope you keep up the good work!
