4¤ë¥÷ super kids

Bear Class [Winnie]

Teresa: Winnie can speak English very well. Whenever a teacher asks a question, she can always answer correctly. She likes to help teachers and enjoys being the Little Teacher in class. Besides these things, Winnie's homework is at par¡Kthat's why she is our Super Kid! Congratulations, Winnie!

Bobby: Bear Class's Super Kid selection is Winnie. We've recently reintroduced the idea of an Assistant Teacher. All students have had the opportunity to participate in this. Winnie has really excelled under this program. She is very helpful without being asked and can be relied on to encourage and caution her fellow classmates!

Beaver Class [Leo]

Vanessa: Leo's English has improved a lot. I am very happy that he tries to pay attention in class and tries to answer his math or science book by himself and he could answer them correctly at times. Great job, Leo!

Erik: Leo has really improved a lot recently! He is paying attention in class, and learning a lot! He does a good job of his assignments, and is very well behaved! He is trying to come to school earlier to participate in all of our activities, and that's why he's a Super Kid!

Penguin Class [Joey]

Sally: Joey is our Super Kid this month because he has had a lot of progress. He can use his imagination to draw pictures and has become more confident. He is not afraid to try everything, including food, toys, and homework. Most of the teachers in school like to see him with his different expressions, which just added to his cuteness. Way to go, Joey!

Brad: Joey is overall a great and cute student. He has improved a great deal over the last semester. He is more confident and willing to do his work by himself. He is no longer afraid of making mistakes and this means that he is now more open to learning. It is resulting in improved performance overall. Good job, JOEY!!!!

Phoenix Class [Betty]

Tiffany: Betty is April's Super Kid in Phoenix class. Her English and Phonics have improved a lot. She can read the story ¡§Hop Right On¡¨ very well. She also likes to help everyone. She is such a sweet girl that's why we have NO reason not to select Betty as our Super Kid. Go! Go! Go! Betty!!

Richard: We have selected Betty as our Super kid for obvious reasons. She is reading! She did a fantastic job with our story telling. She is very aware of her Chinese habits and is learning to separate the 2 languages. Well done, Betty!

Dolphin Class [Eileen]

Michelle: During the month of April, Eileen showed the most improvement in class. In the beginning, she cried at the start of each day and continued crying throughout the day. She then would cry only after nap time. When we told her we would like her to speak English, she initially cried and said she could not do it. Now she translates for Eason and tells me that "he's finished" or "he go pee-pee."

Casey: Eileen did a good job in Dolphin Class because she has the most improvement in the month of April. She interacts with all the kids and looks very happy to be in school. The best thing about her is that there's no more crying!
